Where can we obtain graphics?
We provide custom graphic design services as well as creating
graphics from photos, supplied by clients. You can use
your own photographs or there are many sites on the web
that provide free photos. (Please be sure they are good
photos and are available royalty free). The photos can
be used as they are or we can edit and add content to
them, creating a new graphic.
Do you design logos?

Will I be able to see what you're working on in case
I want changes?
Yes, a private client directory directory will be created
on our web server for you to view updates to your project.
You will notified by e-mail each time that we post a revision
to your project. Any one that is involved in the project
will have client login and password and can have access
24 hours a day.
How will I receive my graphics once they are complete?
After getting approval for your final design, your logo
kit will be delivered within 48 hours, in most cases,
by e-mail in a compressed .ZIP attachment or we will provide
your graphics on CD via either the postal service or UPS.
What format will my graphics will I receive my graphics
once they are complete?
Delivery will include: " 1 Copy in *.GIF format, optimized
for web use. " 1 Copy of in *.TIFF format for printing
purposes " 1 Copy in *.JPG format for web or printing
purposes. " 1 Copy in *.PNG format " 1 Copy in resizable
*.BMP format for printing purposes.
Who owns the copyright if you great graphics for me?
Upon final payment of this contract, all rights owned
by VisuMedia Design™
as to the design and graphics are assigned to the Client.
VisuMedia Design™
retains the right to display graphics as examples of their
work in their portfolio and Client listings.

What desktop publishing services do you provide?
Create and design brochures, newsletters, flyers, postcards,
greeting cards, business cards, stationary, certificates,
invitations, coupons, personal promotion packages and
CD labels.
Who will provide the content for the documents?
You will be responsible for providing the content for
most documents. It is best to provide that either on a
floppy disk, CD, or by electronic e-mail transfer. VisuMedia
Design will add text that is supplied in draft format
for an additional fee.
Do I need to provide the graphics for the documents?
You can provide your own graphics in electronic format.
If you provide photos we will scan them and prepare them
for publishing in the document or we can create custom
graphics for your publication.
How will I receive my desktop publishing documents
once they are complete?
After getting approval for your final design, your documents
will be converted into PDF format and delivered within
48 hours by e-mail in a compressed .ZIP attachment, as
a download from your private client directory on our web
server or we will provide your files on CD via either
the postal service or UPS.

Can you put my photos on a CD?
Yes, you just need to provide the file type in which you
would like them saved and the platform in which you would
like them saved (Windows or Mac).
What file type should they be saved in?. For websites,
files should be GIF or JPG. GIF is best for line art and
JPEG is best for photos. TIFF is the best choice for printing
Can you put on scan my document via OCR?
Yes, we can scan your documents in OCR, true color, 256
color, gray scale, black and white bitmap and text and
image.
